Weekend

I was in the Dunk Tank at the St. Thomas the Apostle Picnic on Saturday. It was a little cool, but not too bad. I also went skydiving on Sunday. Both were fun.

Saint Thomas the Apostle Picnic

I'll be in the dunk tank again on Saturday September 20th from 3:30-4:00.

You can see some pictures of last year's picnic at: Picnic Pictures

Too bad Rev. Peter Funesti won't be in the tank again. He made a "big splash" last year. Click here to Peter Funesti's new parish.

It has been more than a month since my last blog entry. Since last time it was a busy time.

I was helping with Father Peter Funesti's farewell mass, and his transition to the Church of the nativity. It is a very nice parish when I was given a quick tour in July. I thought the daily chapel was cool because of the large window behind the altar provided a great view of nature (and a family of deer at the time). It blended the the sacredness of the chapel on the inside with the sacredness of the nature on the outside.

I got away for a few days to the Poconos and was able to just chill. I also got down to Manahawkin for a weekend to do the same.

First Blog Entry

My name is Tom Rossano and I figured it was time to have my own blog. I do a lot between work and church, so I may not be able to update this page as often as I like.

I wanted to send a quick thanks to Father Peter Funesti for his 13 years of service to St. Thomas the Apostle. He has been a big help to me as I got adjusted to my role as Pastoral Council Chairperson this past year and helping me with all the ministries I got involved with at St. Thomas.
